Pilates has been around for more than 80 years. What was started to rehabilitate WWII prisoners of war is now used by athletes, celebrities and women like you and I, to strengthen, improve flexibility and increase mindfulness.

Unwind pilates online offers a live class every week so that you can ask questions and get the most out of your workouts.

Each on demand class is specific and short so that you can squeeze it in around the demands of motherhood.

Monthly on demand workouts

Each month you will have a specific focus area. There is workout four days per week and each is less than 15 minutes. Strength will build cumulatively throughout the month. Print off your calendar to stay on track.

Full body workout library

Have a spare half an hour and want to move, there are over 85 classes already in the library. Scroll through, click play and enjoy a half hour full body workout.

Want to find an accountability buddy? Have a workout question? Or just need suggestions for dinner tonight? The Unwind community is the place to ask. Filled with like minded women who are doing a little bit each day to better themselves, you will find what you need inside. Laura will be in there after the live classes to answer any specific questions also.

Meet your teacher

Laura has been a student of the Pilates method for over 11 year and has been teaching for just over 8. Pilates helped to keep her strong and mobile during both of her pregnancies and now into motherhood.

She knows how to break down exercises to ensure that you get the full benefits and so that you too can change how you feel. Allow Laura and the pilates method to get you strong, flexible and feeling full of energy again.

Laura programs all of the monthly on demand workouts and will be live every Wednesday to guide you through a workout and answer your questions.

Having kids changes your body. There I’ve said it. Yes, we all love our little ones but sometimes the changes can be overwhelming. I want you to be able to feel great in your body, regardless of where you’re at in your motherhood journey.
