Post Natal Program
An 8 week pilates program that targets your core, pelvic floor, glutes and shoulders to help you to build your strength back up. On demand so you can fit it in around motherhood
Women may feel internal or external pressure to “get their bodies back” after pregnancy, as though their body was lost. Women still have a body after pregnancy. A body that produced another human being.

Before starting the program I was convinced my recovery would be slow and frustrating given this was my second birth. Laura's program proved me wrong. It is now three months since the birth of my daughter and I am feeling strong and energised. Laura knows first hand the challenges mothers of small children face when trying to fit exercise into our day and has developed a program that is realistic and enjoyable

I began Laura's 12 week post natal program 3 months after having my second baby. Although I had a positive birth experience, I found that my abdominal strength and pelvic floor were really weak.
I found the program so helpful as the exercises were quick to do and easy to follow.
After 12 weeks I feel much stronger and have enjoyed learning all the different positions Laura shares as part of the program.

Laura’s postpartum program was exactly what I needed to get back into a routine. It was not only clear and easy to follow, but it gave me a new sense of confidence That I definitely didn’t have right after baby. I feel confident that I have healed well enough to walk into a gym and start doing workouts without the worry of injury. Very Grateful for such an awesome program that makes me feel strong and more connected to my body than ever before.

Who is this for?
The Unwind Pilates Post Natal Program is for mothers who are ready to move after having a baby but not sure where to start. The program has your name on if:
You have children
They can be 6 weeks or 6 months but you’ve recently given birth and are ready to commit to moving your body for 15 minutes most days.
You have space to lay down
That’s all you need to start - no fancy equipment required. Just your body and a towel.
You want to feel strong - especially in your core and pelvic floor
These two areas will see you through to old age if you look after them. You will also build strength in your glutes and upper back, shoulders and legs.
Meet your teacher
Laura has been a student of the Pilates method for over 11 year and has been teaching for just over 8. Pilates helped to keep her strong and mobile during both of her pregnancies and now into motherhood.
She knows how to break down exercises to ensure that you get the full benefits and so that you too can change how you feel. Allow Laura and the pilates method to get you strong, flexible and feeling full of energy again.

FAQs
Do I need to get to the studio to participate?
In short no. The course is 100% online so that you can fit it in around your life with kids that never goes to plan. 8pm at night in milk stained pyjamas or whilst the kids are having a nap -anything goes with this one.
How long will I have access to the course for?
For as long as you need it. When you pay the one off fee, you will have access to the course content for life. Bonus: when new content gets added to the dashboard - you will get access to that too.
How long are the workouts and what equipment do I need?
The first two workouts are 15 minutes - designed to get you stronger in short quick bouts throughout the day and you just need yourself and somewhere to lie down. We designed it this way because often the kids want the prop and it all becomes too hard to wrangle it from them. The final workout is 30 minutes - slightly longer to build endurance throughout your body. The extra workouts range from 5-15 minutes.
Can I cancel and receive a refund after purchase?
As it's not really possible to 'return' your class materials or learnings, we cannot offer refunds. However, we are very understanding. If extenuating circumstances have rendered you unable to complete the course, we can discuss other options available. Please contact us to discuss.
